Nocciolini have been made in the Piedmontese town of Chivasso for over 150 years. These mini hazelnut meringue drops are made of three simple ingredients: sugar, egg white and local ground hazelnut (nocciola in Italian).
Pasticceria Bonfante has been baking nocciolini in Chivasso since 1922. It's the only pastry shop to have the original nocciolini recipe. We're therefore thrilled to be selling the one and only Bonfante nocciolini in our online store, in packs of three.
